By accessing or using Clevoro (“the site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Clevoro. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Some features require an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others while using the site.
• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit, obscene, or infringing.
• Use an obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or abusive display name or avatar.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including through automated scraping, spam, or malware.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as comments. By posting, you grant Clevoro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content in connection with operating the site. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

We may remove content that violates these terms or that we consider harmful, at our discretion.

The site, including its articles, design, logos, and software, is owned by Clevoro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without permission, except as allowed by law (for example, brief quotation with attribution).

By creating an account you may receive our newsletter and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any newsletter message. Service and security messages related to your account are not marketing and may still be sent while your account is active. See our Privacy Policy for details on your email choices.

The site uses third-party services (including Google Analytics and Google Ads) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Clevoro’s job board is reserved for established, legitimate employers. To post a job you must apply for and receive an approved employer account. This requires, at minimum:

• A Clevoro account with a verified email address.
• Documented proof of an established business (for example, formation or registration records, a business license, or comparable documentation). A company website alone is not sufficient.
• Our manual review and written approval before any job listing can be published. We may request additional information, reject an application, or revoke a previously approved account at our sole discretion, including after approval if we later have reason to doubt the legitimacy of an account.

We review employer applications and job listings on a best-effort basis. Clevoro currently operates with limited staff, and manual review helps reduce fraudulent, misleading, or “ghost” job postings, but it cannot guarantee that every employer or listing is legitimate, that approved employers remain legitimate over time, or that no fraudulent listing will ever appear on the site.

Job listings and employer-provided information are supplied by the employer, not Clevoro. Clevoro is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any job offer, interview, employment relationship, or communication between a visitor and an employer. You are solely responsible for exercising your own judgment, including independently verifying any employer and declining to share sensitive personal or financial information as part of an application.

Scams and phishing. If a person or organization commits fraud, impersonation, phishing, or any other unlawful act in connection with a job listing or employer account, responsibility and liability for that act rests solely with the person or organization who committed it, and not with Clevoro. This does not limit any other right you may have under applicable law. If you encounter a suspicious listing or employer, report it to legal@clevoro.com so we can investigate and remove it.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content on Clevoro is for general informational purposes and is not professional advice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clevoro and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clevoro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the site, or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clevoro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
